The staff are very nice and make sure you have an excellent stay. the double room is bright and comes with convenient amenities such as an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a TV with satellite channels.

The bedroom was a good size and the bathroom was pleasant with a bathtub.

The staff is always helpful and the rooms are spotless and airy. The bed is extremely comfy, really! It is located in the heart of the city.

We had a great stay at Ibis Budget in Albi. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and the room on the 4th floor was extremely comfortable. The modern decor added a colorful touch to the room and we had one of the best night's sleep on our trip. The reception area had a cool and atmospheric vibe, and the helpful staff provided us with a map of the city. The hotel also had another Ibis with more stars in the same building, allowing people with different budgets to stay in the same place. We can't wait to come back to beautiful Albi and explore more. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great budget stay at Ibis. the receptionist was sweet and smiley, making us feel welcome after a frustrating drive around. the room was basic but functional, with a comfortable mattress and overall cleanliness. the location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the old town. the young staff were friendly and accommodating, even showing love to our dog. the lounge area with games was a hit with the kids. It was a perfect choice for a one-night stay with a good breakfast. Cons: Nothing it is perfect! 🌟.
